The Glamping Show USA Expo and Conference 2022

Pursuing my dreams of owning/operating a ‘Space Colony Glamping Business,’ I registered to attend The Glamping Show USA 2022 in October as a first time attendee! I’m very satisfied with my choice of going to this glamping conference based on everything I learned and experienced firsthand! As the only U.S. Trade Event dedicated to the glamping industry, I’d recommend anyone who’s interested in pursuing glamping to attend.

Whether you are a seasoned glamping pro or the new kid on the block, the indoor/outdoor Expo is Wonderland. Picture swanky canvas tents, furnished wagons, cool new structures, creative amenities, new tech and a ton of other gems to help you take your glamping biz to the next level.”

Denver Natural Science Museum Visit

Wildlife Halls at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science

The last attraction I went to using the 3 Day Mile High Culture Pass was the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. This museum was the best of the ones I visited mainly because of how vast and diverse the collections and interactive exhibits were.

My initial entrance and wandering on the first floor took me past a large T-Rex skeleton and pinned down insect displays, primarily of butterflies and month species.

Denver Art Museum and Clyfford Still Museum Visit

Denver Art Museum

After the History Colorado Center visit, I walked over to the Denver Art Museum and the nearby Clyfford Still Museum using the 3 Day Mile High Culture Pass. The Denver Art Museum is housed in a unique angular building that resemble shards of metal or jagged geometric cliff-side rocks.

“…the Denver Art Museum today is one of the largest art museums between Chicago and the West Coast. The museum’s global art collections represent cultures around the world, with more than 70,000 works of art in 12 collections, including African art, architecture and design, art of the ancient Americas, Asian art, European and American art before 1900, Latin American art, Oceanic art, modern and contemporary art, photography, textile art and fashion, Indigenous arts of North America, and western American art. The museum’s global collections also reflect work by artists from Denver and the Rocky Mountain region—and provide invaluable ways for the community to learn about the world.”

History Colorado Center Visit

Colorado History Center

I drove up to Denver for the Glamping Show Conference with some extra days for exploring the city and it’s attractions. While I didn’t have an exact plan of what I wanted to do, I came across the City of Denver’s Culture Pass. The 3 Day Mile High Culture Pass offered admission to several attractions in the area, and was well worth the price!

My culture pass took me first to the History Colorado Center in central Denver. The museum showcases a thorough history of Colorado and offers educational programs for the community. History Colorado the 501(c)(3) charitable organization and an agency of the Department of Higher Education manages this museum and other attractions and programs across Colorado.

“[The] History Colorado Center opened in 2012 in Denver’s Golden Triangle Creative District. An award-winning tourist destination and a hub of learning and entertainment, the center houses core exhibits along with traveling exhibitions through [their] Smithsonian Affiliation. It offers public programs, events, and educational programs that foster cultural understanding through authentic perspectives. The History Colorado Center is also home to the Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation, State Historical Fund, and Stephen H. Hart Research Center…”
