Embracing Team Culture
I’m excited to share some recent highlights from my experiences at Design Workshop, where I’ve been enjoying a vibrant and supportive team culture. Here’s a glimpse into the fun and camaraderie that defines our workplace.
Saturday Dinner Gathering
We kicked off the weekend with a delightful Saturday dinner gathering with my coworkers. The highlight? Too much Korean food! It was a fantastic opportunity to unwind and bond outside of work, enjoying delicious cuisine and great company.
Moon Festival Celebration and Bowling Tournament
This weekend was all about team spirit and celebration. We gathered to celebrate the Moon Festival with Asian food and handmade dumplings at a coworker’s house. The festivities continued the next day at the CTX ASLA Firm bowling tournament, where I’m proud to say I was on the winning team! It was a fun-filled day of friendly competition and camaraderie, proving that we’re not just colleagues but also a close-knit community.
Reflecting on Team Culture
These experiences highlight the vibrant and inclusive culture at Design Workshop. From sharing meals and celebrating cultural traditions to competing together in friendly tournaments, every moment reinforces the strong bonds we share as a team. I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive and fun-loving group of professionals.
