A Year of Community and Connection
I wanted to share some highlights from the Meet & Greet events I’ve had the pleasure of hosting this year for the Austin Social Scene (ASS). It’s been an incredible journey of meeting new people, strengthening community bonds, and having a lot of fun along the way.
Chilly Nights and Warm Connections
We had another fantastic Meet & Greet at Moontower Saloon. The turnout was impressive, with lots of familiar faces showing up to enjoy the evening. Despite the chilly weather, the fire pits provided the perfect cozy setting for everyone to gather around and mingle. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love hosting these events—seeing everyone come together and enjoy each other’s company is truly rewarding.
Ending the Year on a High Note
Our last Meet & Greet of 2022 was nothing short of amazing. Despite a bit of drizzle, we had a great turnout once again. It was wonderful to see so many new faces and even more exciting to recruit half the bar to join our group! The energy was vibrant, and the sense of community was palpable.
I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to everyone who has attended these events throughout the year. Your enthusiasm and participation are what make these gatherings special. I’m already looking forward to hosting more Meet & Greets next year and continuing to grow our amazing community.
